Growing up in the frigid mid-west, I used to cringe at girls who wore white jeans in the dead of winter. Truth be told, I probably would still judge the girl walking down the halls of my old high school in white jeans, Ugg boots and a burgundy knit sweater. My resentment toward the above mentioned girl is not founded in the fact that she is wearing white pants in well below freezing winter weather. Rather, it’s how she is wearing them. If you are going to transition your favorite white pants into winter, which I totally support, do so with sophistication and dimension; keep it crisp and clean. Try layering different textures and even mixing various hues of white. For those of you trekking in the sleet and snow, keep your white ensemble simple and classy with black shoes and accessories. Black and white never fails.
Below is some white inspiration.
